Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services provided by We Form Pay Inc. ("WFOpay"), a Money Services Business (MSB) operating under Canadian law. This Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Service and is governed by applicable Canadian regulations, including but not limited to those established by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

1.1 Pre-Execution Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a transaction or order only if WFOpay has not initiated its execution.
  • Refunds for such cancellations will be issued, less a non-refundable administration fee as outlined in WFOpay’s current fee schedule, to cover processing and related costs.

1.2 Post-Execution Transactions

  • Refunds are not available for transactions that have been fully or partially executed. A transaction is considered executed once processed by WFOpay.
  • No refunds will be issued if WFOpay refuses or ceases service due to breaches of client obligations or warranties, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • If refunds to the original payment method are not feasible, WFOpay may request an alternative payment destination owned by the client, subject to sufficient verification of
    ownership.

2.2 Required Documentation

  • WFOpay reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to bank statements or proof of account ownership, before processing refunds.
  • Refunds may be withheld until all required documentation is received and verified.

3. Dispute Resolution

3.1 Disputed Refund Claims

  • Clients disputing the amount or status of a refund must provide verifiable evidence supporting their claim.
  • Disputed funds will remain with WFOpay until the resolution of the dispute and receipt of definitive instructions.

2.2 Required Documentation

  • WFOpay reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to bank statements or proof of account ownership, before processing refunds.
  • Refunds may be withheld until all required documentation is received and verified.

4. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
